Training
This year we have extended the number of training sessions, to give athletes more options.
Training is primarily for Under 9s to Under 15 age groups, although we are happy for Under 8 siblings to take part if they are super keen.
John Michelmore will take on the role of relay coach leaving Chris Muirden to do most of the relay admin work, while Paul Marr, Gayle Anderson, Barry Field and Lisa Lightfoot will be on hand on to assist some occasions. Congratulations also to John Michelmore, Kate Beaconsfield, Graeme Ward and Anthony Cannizzo who all completed Level 1 coaching courses in the off-season.

Sunday 10am-11am (under 9s-15s) - first session October 19, Nov 23, 30, Dec 7
Tuesday 4pm-5pm (primarily under 11-15) - October 14, 21, 28, Nov 11, 18, 25, Dec 2, 9
Wednesday 4pm-5pm (primarily under 9-10) - October 15, 22, 29, Nov 12, 19, 26, Dec 3, 10
